Starter
Lancashire free range chicken and apricot terrine, served with a curried emulsion, Asian slaw, crispy onions and tendril pea shoots.

Main
Slow cooked, grass fed Bowland beef daube, served with a pulled beef croquet, roasted carrot, root veg puree and beef jus.

Dessert
Milk chocolate, Lancashire salted butter caramel tart.

Vegetarian menu (pre order only by Friday 27 January):
Starter
Caramelized pear and Garstang Blue cheese salad, served with black pepper croutons and a sweet balsamic dressing (V/GF).

Main
Trio of Ribble Valley grown baby vegetables.  Roasted red pepper, filled with baked risotto, courgette filled with mushroom duxelle and flat cap mushroom topped with a herb crust. (V/VE/GF).

Dessert
Milk chocolate, Lancashire salted butter caramel tart.

The venue has disabled toilets and a guest lift to higher floors of the building.
