A Lancashire Tourism Awards, incorporating the Taste Lancashire Producer Awards, ticket includes a drinks reception, three-course meal, live entertainment and, of course, the much-anticipated winner announcements.

Date:  Tuesday 11 February 2025
Time: 6:15 pm for drinks reception.
Guests to take their seats in the ballroom from approx. 6:50pm – 7:15 pm.
11:30 pm – last orders.
Midnight – carriages.

Dress Code: evening wear

Location: Blackpool Tower
Promenade, Blackpool, FY1 4BJ

Event menu:
Main menu:
Starter
Lancashire free range chicken and apricot terrine, served with a curried emulsion, Asian slaw, crispy onions and tendril pea shoots.

Main
Slow cooked, grass fed Bowland beef daube, served with a pulled beef croquet, roasted carrot, root veg puree and beef jus.

Dessert
Milk chocolate, Lancashire salted butter caramel tart.

Vegetarian menu (pre order only by Friday 27 January):
Starter
Caramelized pear and Garstang Blue cheese salad, served with black pepper croutons and a sweet balsamic dressing (V/GF).

Main
Trio of Ribble Valley grown baby vegetables.  Roasted red pepper, filled with baked risotto, courgette filled with mushroom duxelle and flat cap mushroom topped with a herb crust. (V/VE/GF).

Dessert
Milk chocolate, Lancashire salted butter caramel tart.

To pre order a vegetarian/vegan meal or to inform the caterer of any special dietary requirements e.g. food allergies, please inform Catherine on catherine@marketinglancashire.com / 01772 426 465 by Friday 27 January at the very latest.

Please note: all orders placed through this system are solely for the awards evening on Tuesday 11 February.  Any notifications received regarding expected order delivery times should be ignored.  Drinks pre-order will end at midday on the day of the event.

This is a limited pre-order menu and there will be a full range of drinks available on the evening of the event from the bar, including local beers and spirits from Farmyard Ale and Whitehall Distillery.  There will also be table service available for the bar via an online order platform on the night.

Access:
The venue has disabled toilets and a guest lift to higher floors of the building.
If you have any questions about specific access requirements for any guests in your party, please get in touch.

At the event guests will have an opportunity to support the charity Hospitality Action.
For nearly 200 years Hospitality Action have offered financial assistance to UK hospitality workers in crisis and today, they are the industry’s leading charity.  In 2023 alone, 13.6% of the charity’s funds were allocated to supporting hospitality workers in crisis in the north west.
